What we have actually done
Electrostatic Precipitators
Three state-of-the-art ESPs installed on our cogeneration plant significantly reduce particulate emissions from boiler operations. This helps improve air quality across our facility and surrounding community.
Process Water Reuse Systems
Our water reuse systems recycle process water and steam condensate, reducing freshwater consumption and fuel use. Water meters support closer monitoring and process optimisation.
Upgraded ETP – 5.2 MLD
Our upgraded Effluent Treatment Plant can treat up to 5.2 million litres of effluent per day using advanced treatment technology. Continuous monitoring is supported by an in-house water testing laboratory.
