Mafatlal Industries Limited was founded in 1886 as a small textile trading venture in Gujarat. Over five generations of visionary family leadership, it has grown into a diversified conglomerate spanning uniforms, healthcare textiles, personal hygiene products, home fashion, and technology solutions.
Today the company serves over 500 institutional clients across India - schools, hospitals, corporates, hospitality groups - backed by an asset-light, innovation-driven business model under the fifth-generation leadership of Mr. Priyavrata Mafatlal.

Priyavrata Mafatlal is the Vice Chairman of the Arvind Mafatlal Group and MD & CEO of Mafatlal Industries.
He has modernised the business through a digital-first, asset-light approach, expanding into uniforms, innovative textiles, home furnishings, and technology. He also serves as Director of NOCIL Ltd. and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
Since joining the Group in 2008, he has championed diversification into education and technology sectors while upholding the Group’s legacy of integrity and nation-building.
