About the role
Mafatlal Technologies is building the next generation of its EdTech platform - a comprehensive digital learning ecosystem deployed across 35,000+ classrooms. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to contribute to both the frontend and backend of this platform.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain features across the full stack of the EdTech platform
- Write clean, testable code using React (frontend) and Node.js / Python (backend)
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into working features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture discussions
- Optimise application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Debug production issues and contribute to incident resolution
What we’re looking for
- 3–6 years of full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React.js and one or more backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Django)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment (AWS / GCP)
- Good understanding of software development best practices and version control (Git)
- B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
Nice to have
- Prior experience building EdTech or SaaS platforms
- Exposure to AI/ML integration in consumer-facing applications
- Experience with React Native for mobile development
